Business Analyst

Responsibilities
Conduct thorough analysis of business requirements and develop detailed documentation (JIRA).
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and define project requirements, scope, and objectives.
Develop and implement data analysis, data collection systems, and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality.
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.
Monitor project progress and performance, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within scope.
Identify areas for improvement and propose solutions to enhance business processes.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams and management to ensure smooth project execution.
Assist in the development and implementation of new business strategies and operational processes.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in data analysis and business intelligence tools.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fully remote environment.
Familiarity with project management methodologies and tools.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
Experience in the clinical research industry is a plus.
