Responsibilities:

  • Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for electronic Clinical Outcome Assessments (eCOA) and Interactive Response Technology (IRT) systems.

  • Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts.

  • Identify, document, and track defects and issues using appropriate tools.

  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure requirements are met and testing is thorough.

  • Provide detailed and clear documentation of test results and any issues encountered.

  • Participate in project meetings and provide updates on testing progress and issues.

  • Support the continuous improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

  • Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical skills.

  • Basic understanding of clinical trials and the pharmaceutical industry.

  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a global team.

  • Familiarity with testing tools and defect management systems is a plus.

  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and processes.

  • Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks in a remote working environment.
